What is a Foger vape — the sealed Bit 35K beside the modular Switch Pro power bank and pod

What Is a Foger Vape?

Foger is a disposable vape brand built around two very different devices. Any Foger disposable vape you buy is one of the two. The Bit 35K is sealed and runs 35,000 puffs, and the Switch Pro 30K splits into a reusable power bank and a swappable 19mL pod. Both use 5% salt nicotine and dual mesh coils. The brand lists 88 flavors between them, and the two devices share only four, so picking a Foger vape is mostly about picking which flavor library you want access to.

That last point catches people out. Most brands run one flavor list across their whole range. Foger doesn't. Buy the wrong device and you lock yourself out of about 90% of what the brand makes. That's why this guide starts with the split rather than the specs.

The Foger Range at a Glance

Four things are for sale, and the last two are the ones people get wrong.

Product What you get Puffs Flavors
Bit 35K One sealed device, 20mL tank, 0.8 ohm coil, 3D Bitcoin OLED 35,000 20
Switch Pro 30K Kit Power bank plus one 19mL pod, 1.0 ohm coil, OLED screen 30,000 43
Switch Pro Refill Pods Pod only, no battery. Fits a Switch Pro you already own 30,000 71
Switch Pro Battery The 1200mAh dock on its own, no pod. USB-C, OLED screen, magnetic contacts. Bigger than the kit's 850mAh dock n/a n/a

The pod on its own is the one people miss. It carries the widest flavor selection of anything Foger makes, and it only works if you already own the power bank. Buy the kit first, then buy pods.

The battery is the newer half of that confusion. The dock outlives your pods, so it's the part you notice when it goes missing or stops holding a charge. Until recently, replacing it meant buying a whole kit again. It's now sold on its own, so a dead dock costs you a dock instead of a system. Puff counts belong to the pod, not to the battery, which is why that row reads n/a.

Rated puffs assume Normal mode, too. Both devices have a Boost mode that hits harder and burns through liquid faster. Foger rates the Switch Pro pod at roughly 18,000 puffs in Boost against 30,000 in Normal.

Sealed or Modular: the Only Decision That Matters

Everything else about choosing a Foger vape follows from this one question.

The Bit 35K is sealed. You vape it, it's done, you buy another. Nothing to charge except the battery itself over USB-C, nothing to swap, nothing to think about. It has 5,000 more puffs than the Switch Pro and a warmer 0.8 ohm coil that pushes flavor harder.

The Switch Pro is modular. The battery is a small power bank that stays with you, and the flavor lives in a pod you click on and off. When the pod runs dry you fit a new one and keep the battery. That makes changing flavor cheap, and it's the reason the pod range runs to 71 options while the sealed Bit sits at 20.

So: if you find one flavor you like and stay there, the sealed Bit is less hassle. If you get bored of a flavor before 30,000 puffs are up, the Switch Pro is built for you. Our full Foger vape review runs both devices side by side with the complete spec sheet and the cost-per-puff maths.

How Many Flavors Does Foger Have?

Foger lists 88 flavors across the range: 20 on the Bit 35K and 72 across the Switch Pro kit and pod. Stock rotates, so the number you can buy on any given day is lower than the number that exists, and the selector on each product page is the live list.

The important number is 4. That's how many flavors appear on both devices: Blue Razz Ice, Cool Mint, Miami Mint and Watermelon Ice. Every other flavor belongs to one side or the other.

The Bit owns the sour end. Its Sour Gush series runs five flavors you can't get on a Switch Pro at all, plus Georgia Peach, Wintergreen, Banana Taffy Freeze and Fcuking Fab. The Switch Pro owns variety and sweetness, with whole Slush, Punch, Refresher and B-Pop families that have no Bit equivalent.

We ranked the lot in our guide to the best Foger vape flavors, with taste notes and which device carries each one.

Charging and Battery Life

Both devices charge over USB-C. The Bit 35K runs an 850mAh cell, refills in roughly 30 minutes and carries overcharge protection. Both arrive pre-charged and pre-filled, so they're ready to vape out of the box, and neither includes a USB-C cable: you'll use one you already own. The OLED screen shows battery percentage on both, so you're not guessing.

The Switch Pro is the more interesting case because its battery outlives its pods. You charge the same dock across many pods, so treat it like a phone rather than like a disposable. The pod itself holds a 200mAh backup cell and has no charging port, so it recharges by snapping magnetically onto the dock.

That's also why the dock is worth replacing on its own rather than replacing the kit. The Switch Pro Battery we stock is a 1200mAh dock with the same USB-C port, OLED readout and magnetic contacts. It takes every Switch Pro pod you already own, and it's the bigger cell: the dock inside the kit is 850mAh, so a replacement is an upgrade rather than a like-for-like swap. It ships in assorted colors, so the finish is whatever's on the shelf; the hardware inside is the same either way. We cover the whole charging routine, cable included, in how to charge a Foger vape.

Can You Refill a Foger Vape?

Not with e-liquid, no. Neither device is designed to be topped up from a bottle, and prying one open ruins the coil. Our guide to refilling a Foger vape works through what to do instead.

What people usually mean by refilling a Foger is replacing the pod, and on the Switch Pro that's exactly how it works. A fresh Switch Pro refill pod holds 19mL and 30,000 puffs. It snaps onto the dock you already own, in more than 50 flavors that are in stock. The Bit 35K has no equivalent because it's sealed, so a new flavor there means a new device.

Here's the part almost nobody mentions: the Switch Pro dock isn't locked to Foger pods. The Smogger Switch Pro 40K pod and the Yovo JB50000 pod fit the same magnetic contacts. That's more than 80 in-stock pods on one dock, against 54 Foger ones. It also means the dock keeps its value when one line runs short on the flavor you want. Replacing a dead dock beats writing off the pods in your drawer.

When a Foger Stops Working

Most Foger faults are one of three things: a flat battery, a pod that isn't seated properly, or a device that's simply finished. The OLED screen tells you which. Seeing an error code, or a device that fires but produces nothing? Our Foger Switch Pro troubleshooting guide walks through the fixes in order. Where Are Foger Vapes Made?

Foger is a Chinese-manufactured brand, like most of the high-puff disposable market, and it sells into the United States through authorised distributors. That's worth knowing for one practical reason. The counterfeit trade around popular disposables is real, and a fake underperforms on puff count and flavor even when the packaging looks right. Buy from a retailer that stocks the brand properly rather than from a marketplace listing, and check the authentication details on the box. Post 47 covers what to look for.

Which Foger Should You Buy?

Start with the Switch Pro 30K kit if you like trying flavors. You get the power bank once, and after that every new flavor is just a pod. With 71 pod flavors in the range it's the deepest catalogue Foger offers, and the battery keeps working long after the first pod is empty.

Choose the Bit 35K if you want sour flavors or the simplest possible device. The Sour Gush series is exclusive to it, it carries 5,000 more puffs, and there's nothing to assemble or swap.

Already own a Switch Pro? You only need refill pods. If the dock is the part that died, went missing or took a knock, replace just that with the Switch Pro Battery and keep the pods you've got. Browse the full range on our Foger brand page.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the Foger Switch Pro better than the Bit 35K?

Neither is better outright. The Switch Pro is modular, so changing flavor costs a pod instead of a whole device, and it reaches 71 pod flavors. The Bit 35K is sealed, carries 35,000 puffs against the Switch Pro's 30,000, and has a warmer 0.8 ohm coil that pushes flavor harder. Pick modular for variety, sealed for simplicity.

How many puffs does a Foger vape last?

The Bit 35K is rated at 35,000 puffs from a 20mL tank. The Switch Pro is rated at 30,000 puffs per 19mL pod, and its dock carries across as many pods as you buy. Those ratings are Normal mode: Boost mode cuts the Switch Pro pod to about 18,000. Real-world counts land lower than the rating for everyone, because rated puffs also assume short draws.

Does a charger come in the box?

No. Neither device includes a cable. Both arrive pre-charged and pre-filled, so you can vape immediately, and when it's time to recharge any USB-C cable you already own works. Both show battery percentage on the OLED screen.

What nicotine strength does Foger use?

Every Foger device runs 5% salt nicotine, which is 50mg per mL. There is no lower-strength or nicotine-free version of either device.

Can I use a Switch Pro pod without the power bank?

No. The pod holds the e-liquid and the coil but no battery, so it needs the Switch Pro dock to fire. If you don't already own one, buy the kit rather than a pod on its own.

Can I buy a Foger battery on its own?

Yes, for the Switch Pro. The Switch Pro Battery is the 1200mAh dock sold without a pod, with USB-C, an OLED screen and the same magnetic contacts. It's a bigger cell than the 850mAh dock that comes in the kit. A lost or dead dock doesn't cost you the pods you already own. It arrives in assorted colors. The Bit 35K is sealed and has no separate battery, so there's nothing to replace on that one.

Do the Bit 35K and the Switch Pro share flavors?

Only four: Blue Razz Ice, Cool Mint, Miami Mint and Watermelon Ice. Everything else is exclusive to one device, so the flavor you want often decides which Foger you buy.
