The HQD new packaging and logo are part of a rebrand announced on November 20, 2025. HQD introduced the packaging on January 15, 2026, and upgraded its anti-counterfeiting label on April 21, 2026. As of November 6, 2026, we found no sign of another change on HQD's official news page.
This guide covers what changed, what we can and can't say about the old design, and how to confirm that any HQD device is genuine. We don't have photos of the old design, so the images here show the symbol, a recent pack and the label guide.

HQD rebrand timeline
Every date below comes from HQD's own news posts, and together they show one rebrand rolled out in stages.
| Date | What HQD announced | HQD source |

| Nov 22, 2025 | The thinking behind the new Q symbol | Super Symbol story |
| Nov 24, 2025 | Slogan "Let's Fresh the Moment" explained | Brand philosophy |

| Apr 21, 2026 | Upgraded V2 anti-counterfeiting label | Label V1 vs V2 |
What the new Q symbol means
The new mark is built from the Q in HQD, and HQD says the squared outer frame stands for intelligence while the circle inside it stands for openness. The dot is a stylized smoke particle, and the curved lines suggest airflow.
HQD pairs the symbol with a brighter orange that it says replaces an older, muted tone. The new slogan is "Let's Fresh the Moment," and HQD adds that its name stands for Humanity, Quest and Devotion.
HQD new packaging vs the old design
HQD's January 15, 2026 post says the new pack puts the brand symbol on the front, with bolder branding and a cleaner look. It also uses the new orange.
HQD hasn't published a description of the old design, so we won't guess at details. It does say the product inside is unchanged and both designs are genuine. HQD says the two will coexist during the rollout, with no end date given.
How to verify your HQD
HQD says the same check works on every package, old or new.
- Find the code sticker on the package.
- Scratch off the coating to reveal the security code.
- Scan the QR code, or enter the code at hqdtech.com/verification.
HQD also lists yz.hqdtech.com as a second verification page.
A guide to finding the label and telling the two versions apart.
Label V1 and V2
HQD says you may now see two label versions, and V1 has a round pattern with staggered letters and a multicolor metallic refraction. V2 mixes square and round elements and adds a nuclear track membrane.
HQD's own V2 test is simple: dab a colored marker on the label, let it dry, then wipe it clean. A sharp "HQD" mark in the same color should appear. That test is HQD's method, and we haven't run it ourselves.
Type the web address yourself
HQD's label post lists one verification site as hgdtech.com, with a g instead of a q. When we checked on November 6, 2026, that spelling didn't return a working page. Use hqdtech.com, and type it in rather than following a link.
Will HQD rebrand again?
We found no sign of it. We read both pages of HQD's news section, 11 posts from October 2025 to July 2026, plus its brand and media kit pages.
The only forward-looking line is general, as HQD says it will keep introducing new flavors and designs. It gives no dates and names no new logo or packaging. We'll update this page if that changes.
New HQD products since the rebrand
Per HQD, nothing about the device inside a new pack changes, so the specs on each product page still apply.
The newest HQD release we carry is SLYD 60K, which HQD lists under New Arrival on its site. The HQD SLYD 60K kit is modular, with a 900 mAh magnetic power bank that holds a 500 mAh disposable pod with a 20 mL tank. HQD rates it for up to 60,000 puffs.

When a pod runs out, you swap it and keep the power bank, and replacement SLYD 60K pods are sold separately. Our SLYD 60K review covers the specs in detail.
