Orders & Shipping
How long does it take to process my order?
Our fulfillment team processes orders within 24 to 72 business hours (Monday through Friday). Most orders are packaged and shipped within 48 hours, depending on item availability and order volume.
How long does delivery take?
After your order is shipped, delivery typically takes 7 to 10 business days depending on your location within the United States. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. For full details, see our Shipping Policy.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website, or check your order status in your account dashboard.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to update your shipping address. Please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number and the corrected address.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the continental United States. We are unable to ship to international addresses, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories.
Why is an adult signature required for delivery?
In compliance with the PACT Act (Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking Act) and applicable state laws, all deliveries of vaping products require an adult signature (21 years or older) upon delivery. The carrier will verify the recipient's age using a valid government-issued ID before releasing the package.
Returns & Refunds
How do I initiate a return?
To initiate a return, email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions. Please do not send items back without first receiving return authorization.
What is the return window?
We accept returns on eligible hardware items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Read our complete Return Policy for full details.
Which items cannot be returned?
Due to health and safety regulations, the following items cannot be returned: e-liquids and vape juices (opened or unopened), pre-filled pods and cartridges, disposable vapes, opened coils and atomizer heads, and sale or clearance items.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Is there a restocking fee?
Yes, returns due to customer error or change of mind are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Original shipping costs are also non-refundable. Exchanges for defective or damaged items are not subject to restocking fees.

Are your products authentic?
Yes, Vape City USA only sells 100% authentic products sourced directly from manufacturers and authorized distributors. We guarantee the authenticity of every item we sell.
How should I store my vape batteries safely?
Always store batteries in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Use a dedicated battery case when not in use, never carry loose batteries in your pocket, and avoid exposing batteries to extreme temperatures. Replace batteries that show signs of damage, wrapping wear, or reduced performance.
What nicotine levels are available?
We offer a wide range of nicotine levels to suit different preferences, from nicotine-free (0mg) options to higher concentrations. Salt nicotine e-liquids typically range from 20mg to 50mg, while freebase e-liquids are available from 0mg to 12mg. Check individual product listings for available nicotine strengths.
What if a product I want is out of stock?
If a product is out of stock, you can sign up for restock notifications on the product page. We regularly restock popular items and will notify you via email when the item becomes available again.
Account & Promotions
How do I use a promo code?
Enter your promo code in the discount code field during checkout and click "Apply." The discount will be reflected in your order total. Promo codes cannot be combined with other offers unless specifically stated, and some exclusions may apply.

Age Verification
Why do you require age verification?
Federal law requires that all purchasers of vaping and tobacco products be at least 21 years of age. We are committed to preventing underage sales and complying with all applicable federal and state regulations, including the PACT Act.
What information is needed for age verification?
We require your full legal name, permanent address, and date of birth. This information is automatically verified through our third-party verification system. In some cases, you may need to upload a valid government-issued ID for manual verification.
How long does age verification take?
Automated verification is typically instant and does not delay your order. If manual verification is required (ID upload), it usually takes 1-2 business days. We will notify you by email if additional verification is needed.
What forms of ID are accepted?
We accept valid, non-expired government-issued identification including: State-issued Driver's License, State-issued Identification Card, U.S. Passport, U.S. Passport Card, and Military ID.
