Great Product but .. Subpar CS / Overall Experience
I promptly addressed this issue with Vape City USA and they were not only unhelpful, but I only just heard back from them 3 hours before my package was delivered. In the meantime, I struggled making a UPS My Choice account and the website was ultimately broken, thus I was never able to hold my package at a delivery center near me. After much time and effort was wasted, I was told conflicting info from both companies: UPS CS told me only the shipper could make this change, and Vape City USA told me only UPS could make this change. Furthermore, if this package was held for me to pickup I would have been IDed again, which did not happen at the time of delivery.. So, I'm struggling to see the point of the required adult signature?!
Overall, this order cost me more time, money, and frustration than it would have at a local retailer. I hope if I order from Vape City USA again this issue can be prevented, as it certainly wasn't worth it in the end :(
My disappointing experience aside, the only issue with my shipment (post delivery) was 1 of 5 boxes were crushed, the contents inside were fine. The items I ordered were all there, and I have been enjoying the vapes so far.. A few are unopened, so I can't say if they are all in good working condition at this time.
