Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Vape City USA. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

1. Processing Time

Our fulfillment team processes orders within 24 to 72 business hours (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Most orders are packaged and shipped within 48 hours, depending on item availability and order volume.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Delivery Time

After your order is fulfilled, delivery typically takes 7 to 10 business days depending on your location within the United States. Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number so you can monitor your package's progress.

3. Adult Signature Required

In compliance with the PACT Act (Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking Act) and applicable state laws, all deliveries of vaping products require an adult signature (21 years or older) upon delivery. The carrier will verify the recipient's age using a valid government-issued ID before releasing the package.

Packages cannot be:

  • Left unattended at the delivery address
  • Signed for by anyone under 21 years of age
  • Redirected to alternative pickup locations that cannot verify age

If no eligible adult is available to sign for the delivery, the carrier will make additional delivery attempts. After multiple failed attempts, the package may be returned to us.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • United States only: We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States only
  • PO Boxes: Due to adult signature requirements, we cannot ship age-restricted products to PO Box addresses
  • State restrictions: Some states may have additional restrictions on the sale and shipment of vaping products. Orders to restricted areas will be cancelled and refunded
  • APO/FPO addresses: We are unable to ship to military addresses at this time

5. Order Verification

To comply with age verification regulations, we may verify your identity and age before shipping your order. This process is typically automated and does not delay your order. In some cases, manual verification may be required, which could add 1-2 business days to processing time.

6. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system. You can track your order at any time through your account dashboard or using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

7. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, refusal of delivery, or failure to provide an adult signature after multiple attempts, the following applies:

  • A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • You may request the order to be reshipped at your expense

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

Vape City USA is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have left our facility. However, we will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve any issues. If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assist you.

9. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. Shipping costs are non-refundable, including in the event of a return or exchange. Free shipping promotions may be available from time to time and are subject to specific terms and conditions.
