1. Return Window
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. If 14 days have passed since you received your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it
- The item must be in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and components included
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase
- The item must not fall under our non-returnable items category
3. Non-Returnable Items
Due to health and safety regulations, the following items cannot be returned:
- E-liquids and vape juices (opened or unopened)
- Pre-filled pods and cartridges
- Disposable vapes
- Coils and atomizer heads (opened)
- Sale or clearance items
- Any item that shows signs of use, damage, or tampering
These restrictions are in place to comply with health regulations governing nicotine and tobacco-related products.
4. Restocking Fee
Returns due to customer error, change of mind, or orders missing items from original packaging are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount.
5. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the defective or damaged item
- A description of the issue
We will review your request and provide a prepaid return label for eligible exchanges.
6. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email confirming receipt and let you know whether your refund has been approved or denied.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days
- Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility (except for defective/damaged items)
7. Gift Returns
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift certificate for the value of your return. If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
