This product is fantastic. But I will say that the shipping is not great. It seems to cost more and takes longer to deliver. It ships from Miami and I only live two hours from there and this last shipment took 9 calendar days. Up until 2 months ago it was delivered in 3 days. Not sure what is going on

I was very impressed with the customer service provided, when I received a defective vape. I called, explained to them what had happened, when I opened a new vape, they immediately advised me that on my next order, they would include an extra vape to replace the one I had trouble with. I placed my order about two weeks later, and I received my order, along with the extra vape, they also included, a different flavor vape for me to try.
